Questions

The things owners ask first.

Do you take a percentage of what my members pay?
No. You connect your own Mollie account, members pay into it directly, and you pay Mollie's standard rate (around €0.29 per iDEAL payment). GoPractice adds nothing on top and never moves money on your behalf.
Which payment methods can members use?
For one-off passes: iDEAL, card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For recurring memberships: SEPA Direct Debit and card. You choose which of those to offer, and each one has to be switched on in your own Mollie account first — we can read what is active there, but we never switch anything on for you.
How is my tier decided?
By your active member count, and nothing else. The number of locations or rooms you run is not counted, so opening a second space never moves you up a tier.
What happens when a member cancels or wants their money back?
Notice periods, the statutory 14-day withdrawal window and cancellation are built into the product rather than left as settings you could get wrong. A refund is issued as a credit note against the original invoice, so the numbered sequence your bookkeeper relies on stays intact.
Where is my data hosted?
On servers in Frankfurt, Germany, inside the EU. The site loads no third-party fonts, scripts or analytics, so opening a page does not send your members' IP addresses to anyone else. The one exception is address search: when someone types an address, our server — never their browser — asks Komoot's Photon service for matches, and sends only the text typed: never an IP address, and never the page they are on.
What does it take to move from what I use now?
That depends on what you are on and how much history you want to bring across, so it is the first thing to talk about. Setup and migration is done with you, not handed over as an import file to figure out.
