Your tier is set by one number: your active member count. Locations are not counted — run classes at as many addresses and in as many rooms as you like.
Every tier includes the same features: bookings, waiting-list auto-promotion, member portal, Mollie payments, EU-compliant invoicing, staff accounts, reporting, your own white-label subdomain and branding, and the REST API.
The number above is the whole bill.
GoPractice takes 0% commission and adds nothing per transaction — whatever your members pay you is yours, minus only your own Mollie rate, which Mollie charges you directly. There is no per-booking fee and nothing to pay to open your account.
Coming from another platform?
Opening your account costs nothing and we set the studio up with you. Bringing your history across — member records, plans, past purchases, and getting your members' payment mandates re-authorised — is hands-on work, so it is quoted per studio once we have seen what you are on. Ask, and you get a number before you commit to anything.
